1. How long does it take for Sigma Coachair Group to process a full request for quotation for a new design rail product?
Sigma Coachair Group aims to acknowledge receipt of your request for quotation within two (2) days. With customer collaboration, a  quotation usually follows within two (2) weeks.

2. What is the delivery period of a new design air conditioning unit?
This depends upon the complexity of design but is typically between twenty six (26) to fifty two (52) weeks to ex-works status from full and final instructions to proceed, with confirmation given at time of order.

3. For Rail projects, why does SCG separate out Engineering prices in the quotation, rather than amortising the costs into the price of the air conditioning units?

Activity based costing (ABC) methods provide a more transparent and accurate means of costing projects. The benefits can then passed on to our customers.
