AUSTRALIA

Sigma Coachair Group has its head office and centre of core competency, integrated with design, R & D and manufacturing facilities located on a 2 hectare site in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Sigma Coachair Group also has fully equipped sales and service centres in Melbourne, NSW and Brisbane.

USA

Sigma Coachair Group has been manufacturing air conditioning systems in the USA since 1982. The air conditioning systems have been installed across the US including locomotives, light rail, monorail and metro vehicles.

EUROPE

The major railcar builders have their head offices based in Europe. Sigma Coachair Group has established a full manufacturing and design facilities in Europe.
Sigma Coachair Group also has a separate after sales operation to cover field service and overhaul of air conditioning systems.

SOUTH EAST ASIA

Sigma Coachair Group has had an installed base of transport air conditioning equipment throughout Asia for many years.  Much of this equipment has been supplied via OEM's.

In 1986 Sigma Coachair Group began supply air conditioning equipment for use on the LRV systems, operated by KCRC in Hong Kong.

Since then Sigma Coachair Group have won major contracts in Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand Philippines, and Taiwan for railcar air conditioning equipment and throughout Asia for mining and industrial equipment.

To service this equipment Sigma Coachair Group has joint ventures in Thailand / Malaysia and has also appointed agencies in all parts of Asia.

CHINA

In November 2004 Sigma Coachair Group opened their China facility in Changzhou. This facility has been established to manufacture for both the local Chinese market and also the International Export market.

INDIA and TAIWAN

In order to meet localisation requirements in these countries, Sigma Coachair Group has established consortiums with local air conditioning companies for the manufacture of rolling stock HVAC systems. These operations are fully supported in every discipline by our skilled team from around the world.
